You may return most items purchased from Cetaphilusshop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item is in its original packaging.
You have the proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the defect (if applicable).
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased during promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be refunded, unless required by law.
To return a product, please contact us first at [email protected] to obtain the correct return address and instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important:
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are returning an item because of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the item.
